- Same social account on every device: All devices must be signed in to the exact same Google or Facebook account. Even a different Google account will appear as a separate game profile.
- Same game version: Make sure Solitaire Castle Royal is up to date on each device. Mismatched versions can cause sync problems — visit your device's app store to check for updates.
- Stable internet connection: Progress syncs over the internet. A Wi-Fi connection is ideal; if you must use mobile data, make sure your signal is strong.
